Inspired by Salvador Dali’s hypnagogia, this painting represents the daunting, yet amazing journeys from Heaven to Earth experienced by religious figures. The bottom of the painting, like a bridge between realms, floats off of the canvas asking the view to join this journey. Should one pass the bridge there still lurks the presence of the maleficent, even in Heaven.
